Nick is an author and screenwriter, originally from a small rural town in Australia (small enough that if you sneezed, the whole town probably knew about it). He studied creative writing and screenwriting in New York City, where he also worked in entertainment marketing for Broadway productions. Now based in Los Angeles, Nick spends his late nights and weekends crafting stories driven by the human experience— usually inspired by offbeat conversations overheard at West Hollywood coffee shops.

A proud member of SCBWI Los Angeles, Nick believes the best stories are the ones that feel like an adventure—whether on the page or in real life (just not stories written by AI). Nick lives with his senior dog Millie, overly adventurous cat, Indy, and a generous number of houseplants. When he's not writing, Nick enjoys playing competitive kickball, scouring flea markets and collecting queer art.
